Where are your pencils manufactured?
All Musgrave pencils are proudly manufactured at our family-owned factory in Shelbyville, Tennessee, where we have been crafting quality writing tools since 1916.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom pencil printing for businesses or events?
Yes, we specialize in custom-imprinted pencils. You can choose your colors and text through our custom order portal, which is perfect for weddings, schools, and corporate branding.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-printed orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What kind of wood do you use for your pencils?
We primarily use high-quality Incense-cedar and Basswood, which provide excellent sharpenability and durability for our signature graphite cores.
